 Judy has been professionally active and well known as a vocalist, musician bandleader, radio spot producer, TV Talk Show Host, actress, arranger, and promoter.

Certified and trained as a counselor and facilitator, Judy Ames has led numerous workshops, and consultations in personal transformation. Many of her successful inventive programs include using creative arts as an approach to sharing and healing. Her programs range from interactive all day workshops with live music and games, to private consultations in which she works one on one in depth to release lifetime blocks to success. Women's workshops involve sharing artistic projects and intuitive wisdom, to promote teamwork, accountability and joy. Judy is expert in helping hesitant speakers and singers overcome their limitations and self-judgement, and start expressing their voices in communication and music. As a coach and karaoke host, she has successfully moved many people through their inhibitions to a fulfilling performing experience. Recently, her monthly Karaoke Workshop brings in both speakers and singers, whether they are beginners or professionals. In 2001, Judy received her Competent Toastmasters Award and won several speech contests. She has been speaking and leading workshops on stage fright, performance and presentation skills, handling change and finding creative solutions. Her life has been dedicated to self expression and personal growth education and her passion is to inspire people with the courage to overcome their fears, and to proactively live their dreams.
